Ladybug Picnic
We are so thankful to all of the guests who joined us for our socially-distant Ladybug Picnic on Sunday, May 2 – especially as cold, rainy weather prompted us to move the event indoors. We are grateful to the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center for helping us make a last minute adjustment to help protect the comfort and health of our guests. All proceeds from the event benefit MTC’s programming, including our new digital initiatives, classroom residencies, and theatrical programs.
The gathering featured catering from Ces and Judy’s with gourmet cheesecakes from Bulrush STL and a bevy of beverage options from local providers including: Square One Brewery, Spirits of St. Louis, Edelbrand Pure Distilling, Wellbeing Brewing Company, and Stone Hill Winery. The cast and crew of our ongoing production of The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show treated both the grownups and little ones to a behind-the-scenes look at the magic that brings the show to life.
If you’re looking to reminisce on the evening’s festivities or if you want to see what you missed, we encourage you to view the wonderful photos taken by our Content Marketing Manager Jennifer Lin.
