After Dark 2023 Photo Gallery
On April 22, 2023, guests came together for After Dark: The Second Greatest Show on Earth! Under The Big Top in St. Louis, we celebrated Metro Theater Company's 50 years of community impact through theater and youth education. We honored key individuals who have been transformational during MTC's history and shared plans for the future during a live Fund-the-Future auction.
After Dark featured emcee and ringmaster Jamie Zayas of Kinetic Tapestry, live aerial performances, a stilt walker, musical performances featuring Daniel McRath and Jennifer Theby-Quinn, and a three-course dinner from Ces and Judy’s with dessert by Bulrush, as well as an after party sponsored by Spin Society. MTC’s co-founders, Lynn Rubright and Zaro Weil, were honored, as well as other key artists and leaders across MTC’s history.
The event’s honorary chairs were Anabeth C. and John D. Weil, with co-chairs Crystal and Patrick Dallas and Kathie and Richard Winter. The support from After Dark helped ensure the longevity of our educational programming, theatrical performances, and a foundation for Metro Theater Company's future.
