After ticket holders from 41 states and 6 countries enjoyed Metro Theater Company's virtual all-St. Louis reading of A Christmas Carol in 2020, MTC is bringing this one-of-a-kind event to life on stage at the Sheldon Concert Hall as an in-person fundraiser with COVID-safety protocols.
Local and national St. Louis celebrities join us both in person and remotely to read excerpts from Charles Dickens' timeless classic, interspersed by live musical performances, a joyful start to the holiday season, with all proceeds directly benefiting MTC's mission of nurturing meaningful learning through the arts.

Premium ticket buyers enjoy a pre-show dinner reception in the Sheldon ballroom before the main program begins in the concert hall. Premium tickets are available for $100. Patron tables of 8 can be purchased for $1,000, with higher level sponsorship opportunities available with additional benefits. A portion of all premium tickets and patron tables is fully tax-deductible.
General admission tickets at $55 are available for purchase through MetroTix.
As MTC donors, all ticket buyers get special advance access to the new 2021 streaming version of A Christmas Carol, airing later in December, including readers from both years of the event. In addition, all can enjoy a dessert and champagne reception after the program.
