#ENOUGH
Over 1,300 U.S. children were killed by gunfire in 2020. On April 20th, 2022, the 23rd anniversary of the Columbine High School tragedy, teens are looking for answers on how to avoid becoming another statistic and saying, "Enough is enough."
In America, a child is shot every hour. Gun violence is ultimately about voices silenced. #ENOUGH empowers teens to raise their voices, occupy stages across the country, and use theater to confront America's gun violence epidemic.
On April 20 at 6:30 pm Central Time, we encourage you to attend the FREE live streamed reading of Enough Plays Project’s eight vital new 10-min plays by teen writers about gun violence, performed by Roundabout Theatre’s Youth Ensemble at Lincoln Center’s David Rubenstein Atrium. This reading is one of more than 60 happening nationwide as part of the initiative.
