Arts United STL

As of June 3, 2020 Arts United STL raised $350,000 for the Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis Artist Relief Fund. This fund provides grants of $500 or $1,000 to working artists who live in the St. Louis Region whose immediate creative practices and incomes are being adversely impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. Donations to Arts United STL can still be made through June 26.

Metro Theater Company is proud to be among the 16 arts organizations who performed as part of Arts United STL on May 31. Produced by Opera Theatre of Saint Louis in partnership with the Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis, the St. Louis Shakespeare Festival, and Switch, this inspiring evening of music, theater, dance, and visual art celebrates the artistic diversity of our community.

Metro Theater Company's performance featured excerpts from stories shared with us as part of our COVID-19 Memory Project, accompanied by an original score from Syna So Pro. Look for some of your favorite Metro Theater Company artists! Watch our performance here.
