Talkin’ Trash

Join us for a glimpse of MTC’s next new work: Talkin’ Trash

When Nick Kryah heard about a St. Louis boy who was so fascinated with trash that he had started his own recycling company by the age of 12, it reminded him of an elderly woman who lived next door to Nick when his kids were young.  She was a hoarder.  What, Nick wondered, would happen if he brought these two characters together?

Join us at the MTC Studio for a staged reading of Nicholas Kryah’s new work Talkin’ Trash. Following the reading of the play, the audience will be encouraged to participate in a discussion with the playwright, dramaturge and director. We will end the evening with some “Trash Themed” refreshments.

This is a great opportunity to see a play in its early stages and help to shape it!
